Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1winbd platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be closed without prior notice, and any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on the 1winbd platform — including the 1winbd brand name and logo — are the exclusive property of 1winbd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

In all cases, the aggregate liability of 1winbd to any individual user, arising from any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited to your account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
